AnySwap is an account-free crypto routing frontend. You pick a pair, get a quote, send to a one-time deposit address, and receive at your destination wallet — across 1000+ tokens and supported networks, with optional fixed-rate, private, multi, and batch modes.
No. Standard swaps work without login or a connected wallet. Optional account features (order history sync, address book, affiliate, API keys) are available if you choose to sign in.
You can route major assets such as BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP, SOL, DOGE, and stablecoins like USDT and USDC, plus a wide set of altcoins across the networks listed in the swap UI. Availability depends on the selected exchange service provider (ESP) and pair.
Fees are shown up front before you confirm. They typically include AnySwap routing, any privacy-hop premium when Private routing is enabled, and variable network fees on the input and output chains. There is no hidden spread beyond what the quote displays.
AnySwap is non-custodial in the product sense: we never ask for your keys. Funds move from your wallet to a one-time deposit address operated for that route by the ESP, then to your destination. We facilitate quoting and status — we do not hold balances in a user account.
Private routing inserts an optional shielded hop (e.g. XMR or ZEC) to break the public on-chain link between your input and output. It improves unlinkability versus a direct route; it is not a guarantee of absolute anonymity. See the Privacy Model docs for what is and is not collected.
AnySwap itself does not require KYC for standard routing. In rare cases an underlying ESP may flag a transfer under its own compliance rules. If that happens, follow the status instructions for that order or contact support with your order ID.
Access depends on your jurisdiction and the ESPs available for a given pair. Some regions or assets may be restricted by providers. Always comply with local law when using the service.
Floating rates can move with the market between deposit and settlement. Fixed-rate routes lock the receive amount for a limited deposit window (and usually require a refund address if the swap cannot complete). Choose fixed when you need a locked destination amount; choose floating when flexibility is fine.
Most failed or incomplete routes are refunded to the refund address you provided (fixed) or per the ESP’s refund rules. Check the order status page for refund reason and transaction hash when available. Contact support with your order ID if the status stalls.
Use Track Order with your order ID, or open the order link you received when the swap was created. Keep that ID — it is the primary way to resume status and recover support context.
Crypto transfers to a wrong address or network are often irreversible. Always verify asset, network, memo/tag, and destination before sending. If you already sent funds, open the order status page and contact support immediately with the order ID and tx hash — recovery is not guaranteed.
Never. AnySwap, support, and legitimate ESPs will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or full wallet backup. Treat any such request as a scam.
